Our Pup Preview Day appointments are held on weekdays, generally last around 30 minutes, and are currently available for $50.

Please note –
while we have worked hard to craft an environment focused on the overall wellbeing of the dogs in our care, we are mindful of the fact that this environment is not the right fit for every dog. If Puptown Charlotte is not a good match for your dog’s specific needs, we are always happy to act as a resource by referring you to other facilities or trainers in the area.

After a successful introduction, your dog is welcome to stay and enjoy the remainder of the day with us.

  • Meet our some of Puptown Charlotte’s staff members
  • Complete your intake paperwork
  • Tour the facility
  • Ask questions
  • See your dog interact with new friends (the most important part, and usually the most fun part!)

During your Pup Preview Day appointment you will have a chance to:
